fish enchiladas at peralita's
And all I have to show for them are these fish enchiladas (which were delicious). David and I got off to a late start (long story) but eventually made it to Crescent City. The 6-7 hours of driving went by a lot faster than we thought it would (even with stops at In n Out and Subway) and we really only started getting tired once it turned pitch black at 5pm. Tomorrow (today? since I'm writing this Sunday night) we're driving along the coast until mid-Oregon, then heading northeast to Portland. I think there will be lots of rain which I'm absolutely fine with because I didn't forget my rain boots.

Hopefully I'll be better at taking pictures during this second drive. The redwoods and the ocean are gorgeous.
