paris- le premier jour

even though i got to paris on monday

i didn't really explore a lot until tuesday

after david (!) arrived and we could explore together

after a baguette, croissant and tea breakfast,

we went to notre dame first

we wanted to climb the tower but it was closed (siesta?)

for a few hours so we went to get lunch in the meantime

croque monsieurs in the park for lunch

shakespeare & co. bookstore

we spent a lot of time just sitting and relaxing in this park

(our feet enjoyed the break)

we had dinner at a little restaurant on

rue moufftard

then headed back to the hotel

to get ready for another full day-

at chateau versailles (:
