Your eyes are not deceiving you. That is a cake made entirely of paper-thin crepes and fluffy cream. Jenna was in New York this past weekend and brought home a Lady M cake as a souvenir for the apartment. Can I just say? Best souvenir ever. It's like biting into a cloud- it's so sweet and airy! The best part is when we first cut into the cake and looked at a slice. The amount of crepes they stick in the cake is unbelievable. Is one, single cake worth going to New York for? Probably not, but it's tempting.
